In 2008, Tovi was awarded the prestigious Manager of the Year Award in the category of manager of multi-national high-tech companies in Israel.
He began his career in medical equipment at Elscint CT Engineering and rapidly progressed to various senior management positions. His last role at Elscint was Corporate VP Manufacturing CT & MRI. In 1998, when Elscint product lines were sold to various companies including GE, Tovi joined GE Medical Systems. Tovi graduated with a B.Sc Degree in Electrical Engineering, M.Sc. in Electrical Engineering from Ben-Gurion University. |
Steve Rhodes, Director
The CEO and Chairman of the Trendlines Group and Chairman of Mofet Innovation Accelerator.
Steve began his career with the Chicago branch of Bank Leumi in 1979. He advanced through a number of financial marketing and lending positions including director of marketing. Steve continued with Leumi when he and his family moved to Israel in 1985. At Bank Leumi in Israel, Steve rose to the position of deputy manager of the Bank's International Division. In 1988, Steve joined SRD Medical as the company's CFO, later becoming vice president of sales and marketing. He left the company in 1993, forming Trendlines International with Todd Dollinger. After serving on the board of the Misgav incubator for many years, Steve became the CEO in 2005, focusing, innovating, and leading Misgav to the level such that it received the “Best Incubator” award from the Government of the State Israel in 2010. Today, Steve shares the positions of Chairman and CEO of The Trendlines Group with Todd and additionally serves as chairman of the Mofet Innovation Accelerator.
Steve earned an MBA from the University of Chicago and a bachelor's degree from Harvard University. He is a certified public accountant in the state of Illinois

Yossi Ron, Director
Yossi Ron is the CEO of Mofet B'Yehuda Innovation Accelerator. Yossi brings more than 20 years of extensive managerial experience in industry, including establishing and managing the aviation electronic equipment production company AEROMAOZ, which became a global company under his leadership. Prior to his appointment at Mofet, Yossi served as a senior organizational consultant at TEOM, where his activities included crystallizing operation patterns for the Office of the Chief Scientist of Israel's Ministry of Industry, Trade & Labor. Yossi holds a bachelor's degree in industrial engineering and management from Tel Aviv University.

Moti Peer, Director
Moti brings over 20 years of managerial and technical high-tech experience to 2P2D which he co-founded with Ofer Baram in early 2007. Moti worked for close to 18 years in the Prime Minister’s Office and in his last position headed the technical development department. He possesses broad engineering and software development experience. Moti holds a B.Sc in engineering from the Technion Israel Inst. of technology, and an Executive MBA from Bar-Ilan University in Israel.

Ofer Baram, Director
Ofer has vast experience as an entrepreneur, investor, and project manager. With almost 30 years at the Office of the Prime Minister. Ofer has conceived, managed, and implemented numerous significant initiatives from small isolated local projects to highly complex international ones. His expertise includes handling complex cost constraints as well as successfully handling rapid change in dynamic environments. Ofer received his MBA at Derby University and his BA in Political Science and Education from Bar-Ilan University. |
